Yes, as a crisis client we can assist you with making informed decisions regarding post-hospitalization care. We have virtual advocacy services available to support you along the way.
As a crisis client, we can give you education and insights on making informed decisions while in crisis. The aging process is bumpy so we encourage all families to see the value of working with us to put an aging plan in place.
Although the following information is not required for the initial consult, if you retain services, having information such as medical information, legal documents, and your loved one’s healthcare provider contacts ready can expedite our ability to assist you. However, if you don’t have everything organized, don’t worry—we will guide you through the process.
The care matrix done-for-you project outlines care options based on the information you provide us. Any care options listed on the care matrix are not affiliated with or endorsed by Care Right, Inc. We are not choosing a community on your behalf. Our tools and guidance allow you to make informed decisions. We are not responsible for any care outcomes. We do rule out any poor performing communities based on state surveys. The purpose of this project is to save you and your family the time and stress of researching care options. You have the option to continue services to have us join you as your virtual tour coach and/or advocate. You can also enroll in our advocacy course which includes how to be a bold advocate and how to tour care communities with confidence. We also offer the option to remain on services so you can make informed decisions as the care requirements change.
Yes, all Care Right Inc. services and products are offered globally because we are virtual consultants. Even through you may live in a non-US country, the core components of an aging plan are the same globally: facilitating family meetings, understanding care options, understanding dementia, understanding caregiver burnout. Families can enroll in any of our courses as well as utilize our digital Grab-and-Go no matter where you live.
We prioritize clear, open communication channels during crises. Our facilitators coordinate meetings and updates (via Zoom meetings and email), ensuring that all family members, regardless of their location, are kept informed and involved in decision-making processes.
